86 svo mustang problems starting

i got a 86 svo that wont start the guy i bought it from says it might be the starter relay and i changed that i have changed the starter also brand new battery all it does when i try to start it is click once the fuel pump turns on my head lights turn on i have tried to start it with a screw driver at the starter relay and it clicks there to i dont know what wrong with it if anyone can help me it would be great!
